We are currently searching for an Event Manager to join our on-site catering team on a long-term basis. You can create your schedule with flexible hours, earn a competitive wage depending on experience, and grow within the company.
Event Manager Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to stand for long periods
Catering and/or banquet experience
Strong work ethic
Valid CA driver's license and comfortable driving commercial trucks
Open availability and punctual
Strong delegation skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of the team and individually
Able to think on your feet, troubleshoot, and remain calm
Desire to grow with a company
A minimum of 3 years Catering Experience
A minimum of 3 years of Management Experience (preferably in the hospitality field)
Creativity, knowledge of up to date on Service trends and techniques, with a natural desire to continue learning
