Onsen is a communal bathhouse and restaurant in San Francisco rooted in hospitality, balance, and care. We’re looking for thoughtful, service-minded individuals to join our team in part-time roles with the potential for cross-training across departments.
Current Shifts:
- Server (1 shift/week — Sundays)
- Bath Attendant (1 shift/week)
We’re especially interested in candidates who are curious about both the dining room and the bathhouse. Whether your background is in food service, wellness, or hospitality, we value adaptability, warmth, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to cultivate a team that feels comfortable moving between roles over time.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a year of serving experience
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Comfort with guest-facing roles in both serene and fast-paced environments
- Reliability and a calm, collaborative presence
