As an Oral Surgery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons during procedures and ensuring our patients have a safe and comfortable experience. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is eager to learn, works well under pressure, and enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare surgical rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols
Assist the oral surgeon during procedures such as extractions, implant placements, and other minor surgeries
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
Monitor and support patients before, during, and after surgery, including reviewing pre- and post-operative instructions
Qualifications:
No experience required - we will provide training
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
OMSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
