This is Outta Sight Pizza. We're a pizzeria in San Francisco with soon to be 2 different locations. We make pizza and other fun stuff!
We are looking for a Chef/CDC.
We are looking for a Chef who is ready to take the reign of his/her/their own kitchen and make some really good pizza. We are a creative bunch and are specifically looking for chefs who want to push their creativity, keep learning, take risks, and have a lot of fun.
Don't get us wrong, this job also comes with the including duties:
-hiring and firing
-on boarding
-food costing
-scheduling
-team leading
-off sites, catering, weekends, holidays, etc
I think this job is perfect for a chef who has spent some time in fine dining, but also has some past pizza experience. They know how to lead a time, speak a few languages, and fix a fryer/stove. We want this person to grow with us and help us open up more pizza shops/restaurants.
This job also requires the that the individual be friendly, kind, compassionate, open minded, structured, and responsible. No egos, no substance problems, no fuckery (well just a little).
