Pizzeria Violetta is a family run restaurant featuring freshly made, wholesome food and drink. We offer pizzas by the slice or whole, salads, baked goods, beer, wine, sodas, juices coffee and tea. We named the restaurant after our daughter and we honor her generation’s future with a commitment to do what we can to lower our impact on the environment and to support others who do the same. All of our products are handmade, locally sourced and organic when possible. Our packaging is compostable and our cleaning supplies are environmentally friendly.
We are currently hiring for the position of cook. This position is the heart of our restaurant. Good quality, consistently produced, tasty food is at the core of our business. Our cooks prepare all of our items fresh daily using pre-established recipes with great locally produced organic products. This position requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the desire to provide a delicious, wholesome meal in a timely fashion. WE WILL TRAIN YOU.
Minimum Training, Knowledge, of Skills –
Previous Pizza Cook/Line cooking or baking is a plus, but not required. We will do all the training.
Ability to follow a recipe
Must be able to learn and retain product information in order to answer customer questions concerning our offerings
