Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented baker/cake maker to join our growing home kitchen business. If you love baking, have an eye for quality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced yet creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
️ Prepare and bake cakes following established recipes and quality standards.
️ Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all utensils and equipment are sanitized properly.
️ Assist in making creams, fillings, and sauces for cakes and pastries.
️ Collaborate on the development of new cake/pastry flavors and recipe development.
️ Ensure all finished cakes are carefully packaged for delivery or pick-up, maintaining presentation quality and product safety.
Skills & Qualifications:
️ Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
️ Organized, efficient, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
️ Strong time management skills to meet order deadlines.
️ Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
