We are Marcel, a French-inspired brunch & coffee spot located in San Francisco, 1101 Taraval StSan Francisco, CA 94116
We are looking for part-time baristas who love specialty coffee and hospitality.
This role is perfect for college students seeking steady part-time work with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso, pour-over, siphon, and other specialty coffees
Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area
Provide friendly, attentive customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Support all daily café operations: food prep, cleaning, opening/closing tasks
Requirements
Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week (including weekends or weekdays as scheduled)
Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Pay
Part-time with minimum 4+ days/week
Flexible scheduling within agreed days
