We are a family-owned dessert shop in San Mateo, specializing in custom cakes, desserts, ice cream, and frozen yogurt. Currently, we are looking for a part/full time lead/manager for store front.
Hours: minimum 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
Pay: hourly, based on experiences.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Oversee day to day operations, with priority on exceptional customer services.
Train and supervise employees.
Manage inventory and stocking.
Clean and maintain Taylor frozen yogurt machines and others.
Maintain the store neat and clean.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualities we are looking for:
Must be a people-person.
Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
Good communications skills a must.
Must be able to work independently but also work well with other team members.
Must be reliable and trust-worthy.
Prior food service industry experiences extremely helpful!
