Pearl 6101 is looking to hire an experienced bartender to join our team of hospitality pros. Pearl is a neighborhood restaurant that focuses on problem-solving, rather than nitpicking; bringing joy to all of our guests; and keeping the vibes going. We strive to create and maintain a restaurant that we as hospitality professionals would want to dine at on a night off.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (at least 2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the willingness to work collaboratively with your team
- Passion for food, wine, spirits & hospitality with a desire to continue learning
- Ability and willingness to both bartend and serve
- All the basics: attention-to-detail, ability to stand on your feet for a full shift, flexibility in availability
- Must be available roughly 4 days a week
Bonus Qualifications:
- Must love dogs (or at least our restaurant dog Roo)
