Looking for an EXPERIENCED Barista to join our growing team at Piccino. We are opening a new location in Sausalito and are in need of wonderful people who have great coffee knowledge, an enthusiastic customer service approach, a positive attitude, and solid organizational skills. This position will have autonomy and must be able to work without supervision.
Piccino began in 2006, founded by two women, as a small cafe in Dogpatch serving pizza and coffee. Piccino has grown alongside the Dogpatch neighborhood, becoming a full-service restaurant with a vibrant Coffee Bar. Since the beginning, our mission has remained the same: using excellent ingredients and serve food and coffee in a warm and welcoming environment that caters to all. We serve Bassline Coffee, and make all of our pastries in house. We are excited to open our second Piccino Coffee Bar in Sausalito!
Basic Requirements
-3 years Experience in specialty/third wave coffee, strong technical barista skills, knowledge of equipment
- Strong problem solving skills; able to work independently and efficiently
- Flexibility in scheduling, availability to cover shifts when needed
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Experienced & motivated candidate enjoys being part of a growing organization
