We are looking for a very motivated, seasoned bakery professional with significant depth of skill and who is well organized.
You will assist in management of all bakery production and restaurant desserts for our establishment. This entails a large array of tarts, brownies, muffins, cookies, savory items, scones, brioche as well as plated desserts for the restaurant. The overall vision is one of excellence in the choice of ingredients and simplicity, with a vibrant and creative approach. At the core of the entire repertoire is inspiration from Italian tradition with local integrity and seasonality.
Responsibilities/capabilities: Bakery production, scheduling and supervision of small team. Furthermore, accurate cost management is a must, as is being a team player. The ideal candidate will have solid references and a minimum of 3 years experience.
