This key position will also be responsible for answering phones and hosting service- We are particularly looking for avaliblity Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and occasionally Saturdays.
This is a wonderful position for someone looking to gain more restaurant experience and grow in to other roles at the restaurant.
They should have in depth knowledge of seating logistics, timing and profitability vis-à-vis the restaurant’s goals as well as fluent in restaurant reservation software.
