Looking for part time employees for 1-3 shifts per week. Regular MONDAY availability is mandatory. Fri/Sat availability is ideal. Pop up events are typically at breweries in Santa Cruz. Private caters are weddings, parties, corporate events in Santa Cruz and adjacent counties. Must have own reliable transportation.
Looking for an experienced pizza maker, and also staff to cashier, expedite and work pop up events and catered events.
Duties: cashiering, customer service, expediting, making and cooking pizzas, food preparation, dishwashing, mobile "kitchen" set up and break down.
You must: be comfortable in a FAST PACED food service setting that is ever changing, willing to learn pizza making and working the oven (or already have experience), have excellent customer service skills.
