Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated P.M. Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have availability in the afternoon/evening, a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a P.M. Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
