Opening for prep cook in small family restaurant
Must have responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling salads.
Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to our recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure food is prepared on time and meets quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a prep cook role or similar position preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
