Responsibilities:
Servers
Greet and provide a welcoming experience to all members and guests.
Take accurate orders and provide menu recommendations.
Ensure timely and precise service of food and beverages.
Maintain knowledge of club offerings, daily specials, and club events.
Handle payments and member accounts accurately.
Bartenders
Prepare a variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with flair.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.
Provide exceptional customer service with attention to detail and presentation.
Ensure all members and guests are of legal drinking age.
Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Bussers
Support servers by clearing tables promptly and resetting for new guests.
Ensure a clean, organized dining environment.
Refill water glasses and assist with member needs as requested.
Maintain a neat and stocked service area.
Assist with any additional tasks to keep service flowing smoothly.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
