Prospect is looking for a strong candidate who has a passion for great food, is well organized, and can lead a team. The candidate must have the ability to articulate the vision of the restaurant and be able to collaborate with the owners and other managers to move the restaurant forward financially and creatively.
Job includes but is not limited to managing kitchen staff, scheduling, labor & COGS control, inventory management, ordering, receiving, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
A minimum of 2 years culinary experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant. At least 1 year in a management capacity.
The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a strong culinary experience with guests & staff members, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead the staff under high-pressure situations including catering and banquet bookings.
