We are looking to hire a dishwasher for our team!
Dishwashing duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with cleaning and restocking dishes and cookware. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your own dishwashing station. We are looking for someone with a good attitude that will work well with all of our line cooks and communicate well with all of our serving staff. There will be daily cleaning tasks and housekeeping that will need to be performed.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining cleanliness of the dishwashing area
-Prepare small items for the kitchen if needed
-Answer, report, and follow instructions from all managers
-Stock dishes efficiently
-Help with cleaning tasks on the line at the end of night
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Qualifications:
-Dishwashing experience, preferably 2 or more years
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
-Familiar with industry's best practices.
-Able to perform prep tasks to chef's specifications.
Compensation:
$18/hr + share of tips
