RENTALS COORDINATOR ASSISTANT FOR 5-STAR CATERING COMPANY

Join our enthusiastic team as a Rentals Coordinator Assistant for a 5-star catering company in Pleasanton CA!

Rentals coordinating duties and requirements may include:

- Picking up and returning rental items like plates and glasses from various vendors around the Bay. Checking these orders for accuracy on pick up and drop off so we are not being charged for missing items etc

- Cleaning/ restoring and repacking our own catering equipment from yesterday's event for next use (chafing dishes, beverage dispensers etc>>)

- Van and Box Truck maintenance, gassing, washing, servicing our fleet.

- Printing Driver Prep packing Lists and checking them against Catering Order for accuracy.

- Packing Driver Prep Packing Lists for non food portion of catering orders for the following day: rentals, equipment, disposable goods.

- Covering last minute delivery needs when a pre scheduled driver calls in for an emergency.

- Kitchen errands as needed.

- Ability to work occasionally onsite with our Full Service Team

- Enjoy puzzle solving/ troubleshooting

- Comfortable interacting with both our Kitchen & Production team as well as clients.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend etc

- Clean MVR Ability to drive our Vans AND Box Truck

Start times at 5 am, End times at 12 pm, SATURDAYS thru WEDNESDAYS

Pay comes out to $26.68/hr [$20/hr + $6.68/hr in tips]
