We are seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven, kind, and responsible supervisor to join our team at Rad Radish in Hayes Valley.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of front of house experience in a full-service, fast-casual, or cafe restaurant environment
Exudes positive energy, leads with passion, drive, and awareness
Ability to understand and anticipate business needs
Enjoys all aspects of hospitality
Hands-on/'leads by example' style of leadership
Displays reliability, organization, and ability to multitask
Flexible schedule
Desire to learn
Confidence in basic math and cash handling
Other Beneficial Qualities/Skills for the Role, but not Required:
Spanish-Speaking or Bilingual
Basic understanding in computers (i.e. typing, filling in a spreadsheet)
Barista experience
