Picco Restaurant & Pizzeria is an upscale establishment known for its California cuisine, Neapolitan pizza, and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of Larkspur in the downtown historic district, we pride ourselves on using seasonal ingredients and creating a high-energy dining atmosphere.
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and organized. Key responsibilities include:
Knowledge and Passion: A strong understanding of food and wine, coupled with a genuine passion for the restaurant industry.
Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Leadership: Ability to lead by example, provide effective in-service training, and maintain a strong floor presence.
Operations: Experience with inventory control, POS systems, and social media platforms.
Roles: The floor supervisor will run the host stand, assist the management team overseeing service and directing the floor staff, as well as additional duties assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two to three years of recent experience, preferably in fine dining.
Solid references and a proven track record in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Responsible Beverage Server and Food Manager Certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Pay Scale: Hourly, Non-Exempt $30-35 per hour.
