Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
Manage and mentor staff, cultivating a culture of teamwork, professionalism and growth.
Maintain and improve operational systems to optimize efficiency.
Drive profitability while staying true to our values of sustainability and local sourcing.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Provide best in class hospitality and ensure seamless guest experience
Inspire a team of hospitality professionals to overdeliver daily
Interviewing and onboarding new employees, and training them to function well in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff training, inventory management, and food, beverage and labor cost control.
Work closely with the owner, kitchen team and your bar and service teams and team leads. Offer guidance and direction on a high level as well as a detailed level.
