Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Lafayette, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting wines, managing stock levels, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Additionally, the Sales Associate will help organize and run wine tastings, provide exceptional customer service, and stay knowledgeable about the latest wine trends and offerings.
Qualifications
Experience in retail sales and customer service
Knowledge of wines, craft brews
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus
