Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for cocktails and live music? We’re looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team at a unique and dynamic music venue and event space! If you have a background in managing bar operations, a love for creating memorable guest experiences, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Prepare craft cocktails and maintain consistency in drink quality.
- Collaborate with the event team to execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for catered events.
- Manage bar setup and operations for live music events, ensuring seamless service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cocktail bars and the ability to manage bar staff.
- Background in inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
- Friendly, personable, and strong customer service orientation is a must
- Experience in a music venue or event space is a plus
- Event and catering experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must provide professional references.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20-$23 per hour plus tips.
- Health, Dental, Vision, PTO and 401k offered after initial trial period
