About Us: Our restaurant is renowned for its New York-style thin crust pizzas, featuring a diverse range from full meat to vegetarian and vegan options. In addition to our delicious pizzas, we offer deep-fried bar snacks, a variety of beverages, and gluten-free crust options to cater to all our guests' preferences.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving the success of our establishment.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

- AT LEAST 3 YEARS RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Specifically in the service industry, preferably in a pizza, restaurant, or bar environment.

- Comfortable working LATE HOURS, including shifts until 12am or 1am, and occasional overnight shifts until 3:00am.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, able top motivate and inspire a team of 10+ diverse individuals in a fast-paced environment - with 3-7 employees scheduled on-site per shift.

- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and other relevant software applications.

- Conducting regular inventory counts of food and all other supplies, tracking actual usage against projections. Identifying and addressing causes of inventory discrepancies, such as unrecorded waste or theft.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of pizza production and service, maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures

- Supervise and a team of kitchen staff and servers, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment through coaching and providing feedback, recruiting as needed

- Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update our menu, incorporating fresh and innovative ingredients, and seasonal offerings to delight customers and drive sales

- Manage inventory, orders, and deliveries to optimize productivity and minimize waste

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

- Maintain, implement and enforce proper food handling procedures, cleanliness protocols, and safety measures to protect both staff and customers

- Report on revenues and expenses, monitor and manage budgets, expenses to achieve profitability goals

- Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies

Compensation:

$55,000-$75,000 per year (commensurate with experience and negotiable after trial period)
