Our location has world class ambience, old school charm, and a 75 year legacy of excellence in dining.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Craft and continuously evolve a creative, seasonally inspired menu that reflects the bistro’s upscale ethos, emphasizing local, sustainable ingredients.

Kitchen Management: Oversee the kitchen’s daily operations, ensuring seamless service, compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining the highest level of quality.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Cost Control: Manage food and labor costs effectively, including ordering supplies, negotiating with vendors, and conducting regular inventory audits.

Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with the front-of-house team to guarantee guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and cultivate a loyal clientele through culinary innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a fine dining or upscale bistro environment.

In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of motivating and leading a successful kitchen team.

Familiarity with industry best practices and culinary trends.

Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
