Chef /Kitchen Manager:
Ensuring that all dishes are cooked well and presented pleasingly.
Ensuring customers are pleased with their food and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
Knowing how to read a recipe and executing it as read.
Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing to standards.
Coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and training staff
Monitoring food expenses, food waste, and equipment
Ensuring health and safety standards are met and training staff on how to spot and report hazards.
