The Rabbit Hole is a neighborhood restaurant and full bar in Bernal Heights. We’re a team committed to delivering a warm guest and employee experience. We’re open for weekend brunch and dinner service Monday through Sunday. The concept includes an Asian-inspired food menu and curated drinks program featuring Asian spirits, creative cocktails, and thoughtful no/low alcohol beverages.
We are looking for a server who can work Saturday and Sunday brunch service. Service is integrated so that everyone has an opportunity to learn and grow, and we all pitch in when and where needed.
We are looking for someone with strong floor skills, who is organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
Responsibilities
Make guests feel welcome
Take food and drink orders
Recommend and upsell
Maintain a clean dining room
Execute with an attention to detail
Set up and break down stations quickly
Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene
Qualifications
Experience as a server, bartending experience a plus
Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace where people can feel recognized and grow
Ability to maintain positivity under pressure and tight timelines
Servsafe and RBS certified
18+ years of age
Able to lift 40 lbs and stand on your feet for a full shift
Authorized to work in the United States
