Tailor's Son is hiring A Server/Shift Lead. Must have flexible hours Lunch shift and or Closing shift.
Server/Shift Lead responsibilities
Responsible for opening shifts and closing shifts (first one in on opening shifts and last one out on closing shifts)
Counting the drawer, and documenting deposits
Lead will have a section during lunch but during dinner will phase out of serving the last hour or two and be purely supervisory.
making cuts and addressing guest requests and concerns
Communication with MOD with regards to employee challenges, service challenges, maintenance and other situations that arise
Assure that breaks are adhered to within the California laws
Skills
Superlative serving skills, including a knowledge of food, wine and dining room operations
Familiarity with TOAST
Ability to adjust to changing situations in the dining room
Non- reactive as possible
This is not an entry level position
Pay and schedule
Ideally the candidate would be available to cover Lunch shifts on Monday( Closing shift during the inventory one every 4-5 weeks), Tuesday , Wednesday Take off Thursday and Friday and work the closing shift on Saturday and Sunday.
Pay would be an hourly wage (depending on experience )plus tips
