Bon Dèlire - A new French Bar/Restaurant in the Embarcadero Pier 3, Opening October 1st, is currently looking for an exceptional Sous Chef & Chefs de Partie. Preferably with French cuisine experience.

The Sous Chef will have the chance to assist in leading the culinary program, and the opportunity to bring creativity, leadership, and a personal touch to the entire operation. The position will include line shifts, kitchen management, food cost control, safety and sanitation. Your hard work will be complimented by an experienced and dedicated front-of-house service team, and a highly supportive and committed owner.

Bon Dèlire will be open for lunch M-F, weekend brunch and Dinner Tuesday-Sunday,

The ideal candidate:

- Possesses a full comprehension of French cuisine

- Has pastry understanding

- is professional, friendly and positive

- able to work clean and organized

- Is a good communicator / basic Spanish is helpful but not necessary

- Is organized and a team player

- Desires and demonstrates ability to learn

- Has experience working in a French restaurant

- has Food Handlers certificate and a has a strong knowledge of health department practices
