Southie Alameda, attached to Park Station Taproom, is looking for experienced line cooks. Ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a high volume and very fast paced environment. We serve fast casual fare including sandwiches, salads, and fried food.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- must be able to work all stations making sandwiches, burgers, grill meats, and fryer
- must be able to complete daily prep lists and set up their station
- must work cleanly and organized as the kitchen is open
- have a desire and care of keeping food quality high
- works and communicate well with others in an all inclusive and respectful environment
- must be able to complete prep/inventory prep lists
- must be available to work Fridays-Sundays
