motivated, professional individuals to join our team.
Open Positions
1. Dining Room Captain
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a tenured server in a tasting menu restaurant.
2. Backwaiter
3. Senior Chef de Partie
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens.
- Strong foundation in modern cooking techniques and plating.
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
- Experience with seafood preparation preferred; knowledge of Korean ingredients and techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications (all positions)
- Tenure in a tasting menu restaurant.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture.
