Job Title: Bartender/Server

Job Overview: Straw Hat Pizza Grille is seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a dedicated professional who can deliver excellent customer service while efficiently handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, making recommendations, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
-Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
-Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
-Operate the point of sale (POS) system to accurately record orders and process payments.
-Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
-Uphold all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience.
-Proven ability to use point of sale (POS) systems efficiently.
-Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to obtain any necessary alcohol service permits.
