Khatan Sushi, a recently opened Japanese restaurant in downtown Oakland, is seeking a skilled sushi chef to join our team on a part-time basis (2-3 days a week). We pride ourselves on providing guests with a remarkable dining experience using high-quality ingredients.
Requirements:
Proficient in preparing sashimi, sushi, and rolls.
Ability to replicate the style and quality of our executive sushi chef when they are not present.
Must be familiar with sushi techniques and standards.
Schedule:
Ideal availability: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Hiring the right candidate will allow us to open Sunday nights.
