You are honest, have integrity, are responsible, passionate and love our restaurant like you would if it were your own.
You understand and can work your way through a profit and loss statement, on all POS platforms, excel, and the like. Adobe Illustrator or the like a plus. If it can be done, you can figure it out. You are a MacGyver of sorts and are not afraid to make things happen.
