Compensation: $20/hour plus tips.
Gilman Brewing is looking for a new member to join us at the shop. We are seeking an experienced applicant for a full time Prep Cook position. We have a great staff with great support. Must Like Beer! We are looking for experienced deli style cooks who are clean and fast.
Job Duties:
This position is responsible for cooking, prepping, and maintaining quality of our food and kitchen area.
Needs to follow recipes and SOP's adequately. Including portion control, plate presentation, and organization.
Ensures all sanitation and health procedures are executed to companies standards.
Up to date food handlers card is necessary.
Serving/ bussing tables.
