We are a globally recognized, award-winning bakery known for our commitment to the art of bread and pastry making, and we’re hiring Seasonal Pastry Bakers for the busy holiday season at our San Francisco Commissary located in the vibrant Mission District!
Position: Pastry Baker (Seasonal / Temporal)
Location: SF Commissary - Mission District
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Morning Shifts: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Tuesday - Saturday)
Employment Type: Full-time
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in shaping and baking pastry shells, mixing doughs, and working with batters or fillings (cookie dough, cake batter, fruit fillings, jams)
Pastry production, including doughs, cookies, creams, mousses, baking, and packaging
Ability to follow recipes and scale ingredients accurately
Strong communication skills with kitchen staff and managers
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work standing for up to 8 hours
Prior pastry and kitchen experience is preferred but not required
