The Anchovy Bar is seeking a floor manager to join our dynamic team! This position is a hybrid role: 2 days a week as manager, 2-3 days a week as lead server. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply, who are committed to upholding a strong reputation for excellent guest experience.
The restaurant is currently undergoing retrofitting and will be reopening late October, however we are actively looking to fill this role

Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-1-2 year experience as a manager in the hospitality field, fine dining experience is a plus
-Advanced wine knowledge is preferred but not required
-Strong sense of warmth and hospitality
-Sincere desire to provide guests with best possible service and experience
-Interest and pride in learning about food, wine, and beer
-Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
-Being a genuine team player - we are only successful if everyone works together
-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
-Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Efficient and safe work practices
-Flexible schedule - full time availability is a plus
-Desire for longevity, with a commitment of at least one year
