Position:
- Full time hot line cook - 40 hours per week (variable stations)
Other requirements:
have experience working grill and sauté station
have experience in managing your own station, prep, and maintaining product quality & freshness
ability to work cleanly and neatly
have a minimum of 3 years experience in the kitchen as a line cook
have an open/flexible schedule
have a Servsafe certificate
Job description:
- prepares the mis en place for the assigned station shift in a timely manner and executing menu items as directed
- communicates with the team on timing of food during service
- manages quality of ingredients
- nighttime closing includes writing a thorough station inventory/prep list
Schedule requirements: Fridays, Saturdays is required in order to apply for the job.
