Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role requires a strong leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of staff members.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and hygiene.
Monitor and manage requests for special events and large parties.
Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a busy environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS system and financials.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
