State-of-the-Art 7-op practice in Sonoma County.
Permanent dental position
Located in Northern California in suburban area. 1 hour from San Francisco and 15 minutes from Santa Rosa.
Daily minimum is $900-$1000 depending on experience and knowledge of modern technology and surgical/endodontic/ restorative abilities, plus production bonus. In-network only with Delta Premier insurance, rest is fee-for-service. Yearly income amounts to $200-250K+/year.
EMR is Dentrix.
Hours are Tuesday to Friday with hours from 9 am to 5:30pm Tuesdays, 8:30am to 5:30pm Wednesdays, 7:30am to 4:30pm Thursdays, and 7am to 3:30pm Fridays.
Family dentistry practice.
Same day crowns (Primescan).
CBCT.
Invisalign.
Practice offers paid sick leave, retirement plan with up to 3% salary matching, up to $2000 annual CE stipend, dental benefits, healthcare allowance ( for F/T).
Group has goal of having 2 dentists and 3 hygienists working daily.
Normal patient volumes are 10-14 patients per day depending on acuity for that day.
Must be interested in modern dental techniques and long term relationship. Practice lead dentist open to training in modern restorative practice and skills.
The ideal candidate would be able to perform all aspects of dentistry, and surgical and root canal proficiency is highly desired, though not required. Strong interpersonal skills are important to us. A GPR/AEGD and experience is preferred, however new(er) grads are welcome and we would be happy to mentor the right candidate. Must have a current CA state dental license, professional liability insurance, be fluent in English, enjoy working with people, and be comfortable with technology. The right person will be motivated, quick on their feet, working efficiently while keeping patient rapport and the delivery of quality dental care as their top priorities.
