We are a private, fee-for-service practice in downtown Menlo Park looking for an associate dentist as soon as possible. Looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and a good team player. Dentist is scheduled one column per day, with one hygiene check per hour.
Our office has excellent staff and great patients! Our patients appreciate a thorough explanation of treatment plans and procedures, quality and individualized dental care, and consistency in dental staff. We are looking for an associate dentist who is interested in long-term employment.
We are looking for an associate dentist with:
- 4+ years of experience
- Personable, articulate, confident
- Excellent clinical skills, especially in anterior restorations (composites/veneers)
- Invisalign provider is a plus
- Able to work independently without owner on site
- Willing to assume leadership role
Work week is Monday-Wednesday, potentially adding Thursday. Compensation is highly competitive; will have a generous base pay and percentage structure.
