We are looking for an Associate Dentist (Part-Time) & Dental Assistant (part-time) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidates will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality dental care and contributing to our patient-focused approach.
Dentist:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist (preferably available to work on Tuesdays & Wednesdays) who is enthusiastic about modern dentistry and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our patients. Will be responsible for performing a variety of dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and other treatments as needed.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and restorative treatments.
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
- Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and interdisciplinary coordination, referring patients to specialists if needed.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and implement innovative techniques and technologies into your practice.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
Assistant:
- Assist the dentist and dental hygienist during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean environment.
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and passing instruments as required.
- Help educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions.
- Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Greet patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression of the practice.
- Occasionally Schedule appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and confirm patient visits.
