Group home seeking full time/part time (24-40 hours a week) care givers from (Sunday to Wednesday nights from 10pm to 8am. (San Jose evergreen area)
Group home is located in evergreen area
We are looking for compassionate people to work with Developmentally Disabled clients (18 to 21 years old)
Job Duties will include :
Assisting in implementing program plans
Documentation of children's overall conditions and activities
Assisting with self-care skills including personal hygiene, eating, toileting and household chores
Protect the rights of the children
Attend medical appointments as necessary
Follow the behavior plan
Must be passionate about helping children with disabilities
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read and write English
CPR/1st Aid certification required within 30 days of hire
once hired, must pass fingerprint/background check
Negative TB test or chest x-ray
We have full time/part time night shifts available
