One year of verifiable caregiving experience
Proof of Live Scan Fingerprint Background Check
Proof of valid TB test and/or chest X-ray
Proof of HCA Training (We will provide FREE if needed)
If driving :
Clean DMV record
CA Driver's License
Proof of Insurance
