We are offering a full time front desk position working 32-35 hours per week Monday-Thursday each week 8:15-6:15 with 1 hour 15 minute lunch break

Spanish speaking and previous healthcare work experience is recommended
THE PRIMARY DUTIES:
Greet and Check patients in with enthusiasm, warmth and care
Manage Patient Appointments and Office Flow
Answer incoming phone calls, Responsible for voice messages by directing to appropriate
person and return calls promptly
Open and prepare front desk and patient rooms
Check and reply appropriately to office emails
Prepare patient paperwork and be ready when they arrive
Verify insurance benefits
Collecting patient fees/co-pays
Managing and reminding patients of their appointment schedules
Responsible for maintaining all office forms are prepared and readily available for office staff and patients to access
Promotion of Internal Events
TRAINING:
This position does not require you to have a chiropractic assistant license or experience in chiropractic, but it would be a big help. We will train you for success.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales, Communication and Customer Service skills.
Prior medical/healthcare or office administrative experience a must.
Ability to learn and use new computer software programs.
Ability to stand or sit throughout the workday.
Ability to multitask is a MUST.
English/Spanish bilingual
