Seeking a caregiver with experience with hoyer lift, lift belts, wheelchair assists, diapering etc for my mother with dementia who recently broke her hip and having slow recovery.
My mother is 90 years old with dementia. Lives in San Mateo. Normally she is very independent. But this injury has made her physically baby like.
Mom has some health conditions. You would be required to give her medications.
Mom likes to be out of the house ALL DAY. So in the beginning this will be a challenge as she can’t stand and walk on her own yet. The right person will be able to create a daily schedule to keep her entertained. In the beginning you will need to prepare meals for you both. Once mom is capable of leaving the house, you will balance eating out/healthy meals.
The right person will have a good heart, be kind, responsible, honest and extremely patient.
You must have:
1) Proof of ability to work in the USA
2) Your own Vehicle
3) Auto Insurance
4) Smart Phone
5) Resume/CV
Pay: 30.00 per hour
Yearly Bonus: Based on performance, availability, actual days worked etc
Reimbursements: Daily stipends for eating out and for fuel.
Hours: Day Shift (overtime paid)
Sick Pay: Accrues and can be cashed out at end of year
Payroll: Automatic Deposit only
W2 each year
401K eligible after 4 months employment
