We are looking for a reliable and skilled Dental Assistant to support our dental operations 1-2 days a week, 8 hours per day. We provide dental services to seniors living in skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays) as directed.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
- Travel to various sites as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Certification from an accredited dental assistant program required.
- X-ray certification required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable with mobile work environments.
Salary: $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
