This is a dynamic, hybrid role perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in both clinical and administrative settings. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Back Office (Clinical Support):
Chairside Assistance: Some light chairside assisting.
Sterilization: Maintain strict sterilization and disinfection protocols.
Room Setup: Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently.
Front Office (Administrative Support):
Patient Communication: Greet and check-in patients, manage appointment flow, and answer the phone (as needed).
Light Scheduling: Assist with confirming appointments and managing the schedule.
Qualifications:
Required: Current Dental X-ray Licence.
Preferred: Prior experience in both front and back dental offices.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Attitude: A flexible, positive, and proactive team player.
Dentrix Experience is a plus but not required.
