Our small FFS/PPO private practice is looking for a motivated professional with eagerness to build on his/her career in customer service and learning new things.
We are looking for someone who can mange: answer phones, greet patients, schedule and follow up with patients, receive payments, etc. The ideal person is someone who is friendly, knowledgeable in Dentrix, understands insurance issues: eligibility, claims, appeals, submission, etc. Someone who is good with the computer and knows how to navigate the basics of emails, document paperwork, etc. as we are a paperless office.
Of course we have preferences for candidates with experience. But we are willing to train anyone with the right attitude to learn dentistry. We also welcome dental assistants who want to transition into the front.
Dental assistant- must have at least 1-2 years of experience and able to work on your own as well.
